Journey to Rali-Co

Rali‑Co is more than a name—it’s a belief.

An acronym for RAchel LIsa COhen, Rali‑Co when spoken aloud, sounds like rally, reflecting unity, shared purpose, and the power of a collective effort to overcome challenges and achieve purposeful goals.

The journey to Rali‑Co has always centered on people.

Initially working with patients facing life‑altering medical challenges, where trust, well-being and advocacy, were essential. That foundation carried into leadership roles within nonprofit patient safety organizations, focused on operational excellence, execution, and cultivating cultures of psychological safety where every voice is heard and valued. Then expanding into leadership coaching and career strategy, supporting individuals to practice self-leadership and take ownership of their careers to navigate change.

Through Rali‑Co, we rally for a people‑centric approach to leadership transitions cultivating cultures where individuals thrive and organizations succeed.
